Caramel LOLLIES

Ingredients for one mould:140 g of sugar 140克砂糖2 spoonfuls of water2大勺水

To decorate: 装饰2 spoonfuls of sesame seeds2大勺芝麻2 spoonfuls of chopped nuts 2大勺切碎的坚果

焦糖棒棒糖的做法

Preparation:Put the sugar and the water in a saucepan and cook, without stirring, over a medium heat for 5 6 minutes until you get a golden caramel. The timing may vary depending on the heat (be careful it does not burn). Leave to cool for a few seconds so the bubbles disappear. Place the sticks included and any condiments you like in the mould and then carefully pour in the caramel, making sure it does not overflow. Leave to cool on the work surface for 15 minutes. Carefully remove the lollies from the mould and assemble.

将砂糖和水放入小锅内熬煮,不要搅拌,中火加热5-6分钟至糖浆变成金黄色。熬煮的时间取决于火力的大小">

 

Suggestions:The 2 pieces can be assembled and use the lollies to decorate a dessert, as an after dinner treats, or served with tea or coffee.

用两个小糖片可以组装成一个棒棒糖,棒棒糖可以直接作为甜点食用,餐后配茶或咖啡,也可以做为甜点的装饰使用。

焦糖棒棒糖的做法

我还溶化了一些巧克力来制作心形模和棒棒糖模,巧克力的溶化温度要注意,隔热水的温度不要超过60度,将巧克力先切碎,然后装进裱花袋,泡在不超过60度的热水,直到巧克力完全溶化。

使用时用干布把裱花袋擦干,然后前端剪小口,将巧克力先挤满模具的细微处,然后再挤大面积。

注意:1、巧克力要挤至和模具平齐,这样最后的巧克力心才可以牢固的拼装起来。

2、模具底下放一块砧板,这样你才可以方便的将模具连着砧板一起震平、以及移放至冰箱。

巧克力挤满后,将模具连着下面的砧板一起在桌面上震一下,将表面震平,放进冷藏室里,凝固后就可以脱模了。
